How to fix task manager?

Sometimes, Windows task manager is disabled, whether by virus, worm, trojan, or anything else. If task manager's diabled, then when we press Ctrl+Alt+Del, this following popup will appear:

Sadly, even if we have removed virus, trojan, or malware that caused this, it does not automatically fix disabled task manager, the symptom still remains and should be removed manually. If we have installed a utility application like Tune Up Utilities, we still are able to see processes through Tune Up process manager. Problem is on registry, if we are lucky, those troblemakers do not disable regedit along with task manager, so we can open it and fix it manually, if regedit is ddisabled too, we can use Tune Up Registry Editor. Its place is on HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System, please delete the value named DisableTaskMgr, and after closing regedit, everything is fixed.

Other simpler way to fix disabled task manager is by running this application, Task Manager Fix, a small tool (76kb), we can download by clicking this adjacent picture or here. Just double click this application and press Fix Task Manager, everrything will be fixed instantly.
