- Ingredients:
- Coffee, 2 spoons
- Ginger, 3 cm long
- Sugar (depend on personal taste)
- Water, 3 glasses
- Process
- Roast ginger, and then grind it thoroughly.
- Boil water and then add coffee, sugar, and grinded ginger to boiling water.
- Boil water until only 1 glass remaining.
- Filter it and ginger coffee is ready.
